Welcome to Gigeez. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of gigeez.com, including purchases, browsing, enquiries and any other services made available through our website.
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. About Gigeez
Gigeez is a fashion brand creating distinctive garments from existing saree stocks, designed with an emphasis on individuality, craftsmanship and thoughtful use of existing textiles. Our garments are designed by a French designer and handmade in Qatar by local artisans.
In these terms, “Gigeez”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to GIGEEZ TAILORING AND TRADING, the business operating the Gigeez website. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

2. Use of Our Website
You agree to use our website lawfully and responsibly. You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent information or use our content for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business, subject to applicable law.
3. Product Information and Uniqueness
Gigeez garments are made using existing saree stocks and other existing textiles. Each textile has its own history, colour, pattern and character.
Natural variations in shade, texture and weave form part of the character of existing textiles. They do not exclude your rights concerning faulty goods, undisclosed damage or products that do not match their description. Any material marks or irregularities will be disclosed in the individual product listing.
For one-of-a-kind listings, the listing will specify whether the photographs show the exact garment offered for sale. Please refer to that listing for print placement and individual characteristics.
Product photographs are intended to represent the garments as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours may appear differently depending on your screen, device settings and lighting.
Please review the product description, available sizing, measurements, fabric information and care instructions before purchasing.
4. Availability and Orders
Products are offered subject to availability. Your order is accepted and a purchase contract is formed once payment for the item has been successfully received by Gigeez. We will send you an order confirmation recording your purchase. You may retain or print this confirmation and these terms for your records.
If an item unexpectedly becomes unavailable after payment, we will contact you promptly and refund the amount paid for that item. An alternative item will only be supplied with your agreement.
Please check your order details carefully before submitting payment. Contact bonjour@gigeez.com promptly if you need to correct an error.
5. Pricing and Payment
Product prices are displayed in the currency shown on our website. Gigeez covers standard outbound shipping costs worldwide. Applicable taxes collected by Gigeez and any other charges payable to us will be shown before payment. Destination import charges are addressed in Section 6.
Payment must be completed using an available payment method. Payment-card information is handled through the payment provider identified at checkout. Please refer to our Privacy Policy and the provider's privacy information for details of payment-data processing.
Where prices or product descriptions contain an obvious error, we will contact you to resolve the issue in accordance with applicable law. We will not use this provision to disregard an order improperly or avoid our legal obligations.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Standard outbound shipping is free worldwide: Gigeez bears the shipping costs. Delivery remains subject to carrier availability and any legal restrictions affecting the destination. Available destinations and estimated dispatch and delivery timeframes will be communicated before payment.
Customers are responsible for import duties, import taxes and applicable customs-clearance charges imposed in their destination country. These charges are separate from free shipping and are not included in the product price unless expressly stated at checkout. Their amount depends on the destination's rules and may be collected by customs or the carrier.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated. We will contact you about material delays. Nothing in this section removes mandatory rights concerning late delivery, non-delivery, loss or damage.
Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and contact details. Any exceptional redelivery charge arising from incorrect information will be explained and agreed before being charged, where permitted by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
At this stage, Gigeez does not accept returns or provide refunds for a change of mind, except where required by applicable law. Please review the garment's photographs, description, measurements and care instructions carefully before purchasing. Contact bonjour@gigeez.com with any questions before placing your order.
This policy does not affect mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer rights. Where an applicable law gives you a right to withdraw from an online purchase, Gigeez will honour that right. A garment being one of a kind does not, by itself, make it personalised or remove a statutory withdrawal right.
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact bonjour@gigeez.com with your order details and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess the issue, but do not replace or restrict your legal rights. Gigeez will provide the remedy required by applicable law and bear return costs where legally required.
Where a refund is due, it will be issued to the original payment method within the applicable legal timeframe. We will provide return instructions where a return is necessary. No prior-approval process will prevent you from exercising a mandatory legal right.
8. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, product designs, graphics, logos, text, videos and branding, is owned by or licensed to Gigeez unless otherwise indicated.
You may access the website for personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
9. Third-Party Services
Our website may use third-party providers for payment processing, delivery, analytics and other services. Those providers may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Gigeez is not responsible for third-party websites or services to the extent permitted by law, but this does not limit any responsibility we have for our own obligations.

We aim to keep our website accessible and accurate. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or that every function will always operate without error.
We may update, maintain or modify website features where reasonably necessary. Any limitation of liability will apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Subject to that restriction, Gigeez will not be liable for losses arising solely from circumstances beyond our reasonable control or from a customer's misuse of a product contrary to its instructions.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the website is handled in accordance with our separate Privacy Policy, available through the website. It explains the information collected, its use, relevant service providers and your applicable privacy rights.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The revised version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Changes will not retrospectively remove rights that have already accrued to customers under applicable law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are subject to the laws applicable in the State of Qatar, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights that apply in the customer's jurisdiction.

This Privacy Policy explains how Gigeez handles personal information when you visit gigeez.com, place an order, create or use a customer account, subscribe to our newsletter or contact us.
1. Who Is Responsible for Your Information

2. Information We Collect and Its Sources
You provide information when you order, contact us, use an account or subscribe to updates. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, billing and delivery addresses, account details, purchases, garment preferences and correspondence. If you arrange delivery to another person, provide their information only where you are entitled to do so and tell them about this policy.
Our website and its service providers can collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral source, shopping-cart activity and security or diagnostic logs. Cookies and similar technologies are explained below. Payment providers and delivery partners can supply transaction confirmations, payment status, fraud-prevention information, tracking updates and delivery confirmations.
Payment providers handle the payment credentials required for a transaction under their own privacy information. Gigeez uses transaction references, payment status and the billing information needed to manage your order. Please do not send complete payment-card details or security codes by email or through our contact forms.
3. Why We Use Information
We use relevant information to process payments and orders, arrange delivery and customs documentation, provide customer service, manage accounts and enquiries, handle legally required returns or refunds, maintain business records, prevent fraud and protect the website. Subject to applicable consent requirements, we may also use information to understand website performance and send updates you have requested.
Where the EU or UK GDPR applies, our grounds are performance of a contract or steps you request before a contract for orders and related support; legal obligations for required records and disclosures; legitimate interests for proportionate security, fraud prevention, service improvement and handling claims; and consent for marketing or optional tracking where required. 6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

Account data is retained while needed to provide the account, subject to deletion requests and required recordkeeping.
Newsletter details are retained while you remain subscribed, with limited evidence of consent or suppression records retained as needed to demonstrate and respect your choices. Technical logs and cookie information are retained for the period necessary for their security or stated technical purpose; optional cookie periods are disclosed in the relevant cookie information. When retention is no longer justified, information should be securely deleted or anonymised. Ask us for the retention criteria relevant to your records.

Our website is intended for adult customers. We do not seek personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information without the authorisation required by applicable law, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
